Leo's In General:

Leo is a Fire sign which is ruled by the sun. Leo's are famously known for their big idea's and even BIGGER HEARTS! Leo's are very loyal and are full of self confidence. They are dramatic, creative, and self dominant. There is a specific strength to a Leo and their "king of the jungle" status. Leo's often have a lot of friends (from all types of backgrounds) as they get along with all types of people. They make a very generous and loyal friend. They are always in search for a higher self-awareness and constant growth of ego. Fully aware of their desires and personality, they can easily ask for everything they need, but could also just as easily neglect the needs of their loved ones in their chase for personal gains or a higher status. When a Leo becomes too attached to their accomplishments and the way other people view them, they can easily drown in their own ego. Leo's represent the Lion (which is an animal of bravery). This is a fearless animal and quite impossible to challenge, hurt or destroy. Their only weakness being fear and aggression towards those they confront. Living in a cave, a Lion always needs to have one, where they can find comfort in hard times. However, they should never stay in their cave too long. With their head high, they have to face others with dignity and respect, bravely walking through the jungle in which they rule.

Leo Man:

The Leo man is larger than life. He radiates charisma, and whether you like him or not, you can't ignore him. Their are quieter Leo men around who don't make such a loud roar about being special. But when you get to know him, you'll find inwardly that he's quite the same. Don't be fooled by the quiet shy Leo's. Their Lions nonetheless. That quality of intense self-consciousness, always feeling that some special destiny awaits them, permeates even the most introverted Leo's soul. The Leo man is often very much attracted to a Earthier partner, which can be a wonderful combination, but can also be a disaster. When it works, the Leo man looks for stabilizing influence in his partner and can achieve a better contact with reality through the relationship. When it's a disaster, the trouble usually comes from Leo's tendency to undervalue detail and the things of ordinary life. When he takes this stance, he's liable to treat his partner as an unpaid secretary, and in that case he'll usually wind up with a very angry partner, or better yet, no partner at all. The Leo man has the power to sweep you off your feet! With his grand gestures, whether they're gifts, magical journeys, or dramatic declarations of his emotions through poetry or song writing, or even simply dedicating a song playing on the radio to you. No matter how, you will find these gestures simply irresistible. The lion is also very protective over his loved ones, and will go to extremes if he feels someone violated/threatened someone he loves. He will always stick up for his partner, and would NEVER let anyone talk bad about them (not while he's around at least). A Leo man can make his partner feel totally loved and desired. Often the Leo man has a large and persistent crowd of admirers. Even if he's not the most handsome, or successful, there's just something fascinating about him. Trouble usually arises when romance begins to be tempered with everyday reality. He does not like the idea of his partner having a life where he isn't in right at the center. Many Leo men can become resentful when his partner shows too much interest in their career, hobbies, or friends. Leo needs to feel that he's the sun around which your moon orbits. If you suddenly take off and start shining a light of your own, he's liable to get a little sullen. He may even try to stifle you if his own sense of self importance feels threatened. The Leo man doesn't change his opinions or viewpoints very easily (that is because he is a fixed sign). He can be stubborn and his pride often gets in the way when it comes to listening to your advice. He likes to give advice, not receive it. On the other hand, if you have faith in his dreams, confidence in his talents and can deal with his sometimes "childlike" need for constant reassurance and attention, then the Leo man might just be right for you!

Leo Woman:

The Leo woman is one of the most selfless individuals of the zodiac. She let’s her light shine openly & honestly and let's the envious be envious. The Leo woman is an intense individual, she has an intense need to live life her own way, not allowing others to tell her what to do (unless she respects that person and respects their advice). More often than not, the Leo woman can be a trouble maker. She can attract drama like a light attracts moths. Have you ever seen a lion at the zoo just pacing back and forth because he’s trapped in a cage and doesn’t know what else to do? That’s how a Leo woman will be if she feels caged in a social setting or feels trapped in a relationship. The Leo woman is generous, faithful, and truly a loyal friend. She was born with a need to help others & will do so even if it takes a lot of time and energy. The Leo woman needs somewhere to express her creative abilities. Whether it's a artistic talent, public relation skills, etc. She needs to be somebody special, and earn recognition for it. In short, she likes to have an audience. Recognition is important to Leo women. She has very high expectations of loyalty from a partner, and would never forgive either betrayal or public humiliation. The Leo woman can be very independent in her personal relationships and needs a lot of space for her to be her own spectacular self. She more often than not will take the lead with household duties/ decisions, and then bitterly blame the partner for being unsupportive. A Leo woman will almost never ask for help, unless she feels comfortable with you (sometimes that wont even matter). She does not like to appear needy. Besides, she's the one who does all the helping. It boosts her ego! Sometimes Leo women will purposely find a partner whom is "weaker" than her, so she can be of support to him. Leo is scared to have a partner who is stronger than her, as she fears being dominated. Leo women are highly competitive at work. She would be at her very best if she could run her own business. Since she does not like answering to others, she'd be better off running her own show. It is common for the Leo woman to have a bunch of different friends who always call on her for her advice or help, because they know that she is so generous and has such a kind, giving heart. She should be very careful though, as sometimes she can be blinded to the fact that not everybody has the same intentions or same big heart as she does, and she can be easily taken advantage of without even realizing. On the other hand, If you are interested or if you are lucky enough to have found a Loyal Lioness, Don't ever EVER ever lie to her or be disloyal, cause with her its only ONE strike & you're out!

Leo Child:

The Leo child is indeed the life of the party. They are warm, loyal, and generous and  experience life through their whole entire heart. The Leo child is sensitive, proud, and looks  tough on the outside. On the inside of little Leo though, there is a more vulnerable side to them. Just one harsh word/insult can knock little Leo's confidence, so you will have to be careful with your wording, especially when it comes to disciplining. The Leo child only wants approval. They want to feel accepted and appreciated for who they are and what they do for you, and will do what ever it takes to gain your appreciation, as well as they're friends, or who ever else is around. They love performing or putting on a show for their family from a very young age. The Leo child can be quite dramatic! They sometimes can blow things out of proportion (but that's natural for all Leo's). They like to add some exaggeration while telling stories to make the story sound a little more extreme. Leo children can be very stylish, and will start picking outfits for school at a younger age than most other signs. They love to dress nice and wear different things that will stand out from the rest (bright colors, they are the most likely to bring old fashion trends back to life). You will probably catch them in the mirror a lot! The Leo child will do they're very best when showered with praise and attention from the things they've done right from those who matter most to them. They will likely accomplish a lot in their childhood as they can easily become the star performer in a drama group at school, or become a force to be reckoned with in little league sports. If their is an opportunity to shine, they will go for it! As a parent, be sure to reward your Leo child for their many strengths including they're sense of loyalty and firm morals. Otherwise, they may not realize that these gifts are far more important than the ability to impress others with they're sense of humor and good looks.

. Usually has hair that is thick or full, or if not thick or full, it is always prominent in some way . (like a lions mane)

. Resembles either a Lion or a Cat (either has a round face with prominent features or a small oval shaped face with smaller less prominent features)

. The one unmistakable Leo trademark will be his/her long barrel chested torso/neck/and head. Leo's tend to puff their chest out unconsciously (similar to the way a lion walks with his chest poked out)

. Has Feline like eyes.

. Has a air of confidence that surrounds them (you will know when a Leo enters the room).

. Even if the Leo is short, he/she will have a noticeable swagger in his/her walk.

. Leo's carry themselves in a rather majestic manner.

. Has a button nose and small ears.

. Has a normal size neck, not too long or too short.

. Can have broad shoulders similar to a lion/cat.

. The Leo voice is full-toned, when they talk they can often sound "demanding" or "bossy".
